Plain rules, in writing.
| A real maker | A named person or company, with a phone number that answers. |
|---|---|
| A spec table | The same fields every time, so you can compare across products. |
| Parts and repair | What is replaceable, what is sold separately, and where. |
| A plain warranty | How long, what is covered, and who handles it. |
| No big claims | We do not say "tested," "certified" or "best" unless a written test says so and you can read it. |
| Disclosures | If a maker gave us a unit, or we earn from a sale, we say so on the page. |
